Initial consultations typically last between 30-60 minutes. It should be noted that the consultations are only intended to be a fact finding session to determine eligibility for an Australian visa or citizenship. The initial consultation is not a document checking service and document checklists will not be provided. At the conclusion of the consultation, you will have sufficient information about your, or your relative’s or friend’s Australian visa or citizenship options/prospects.

DETAILS OF SERVICES
The scope of services is limited to a single consultation only, unless we are instructed by you to provide further services and we accept those instructions in writing.
Section 43 of the Code of Conduct, which regulates the conduct of registered migration agents, prohibits agents from providing immigration assistance to clients (unless this occurs during an initial consultation) without a signed service agreement in force.

The basis of the fees for the services is calculated as follows:
Fixed Fee
(Fees subject to VAT if resident in the UK)
- Consultation up to 30 minutes: £90.00
- Consultation up to 60 minutes: £150.00
- Consultation up to 90 minutes: £200.00

We require payment of the relevant professional fees in advance.

- APPOINTMENT OF AGENT
The Client appoints and authorises the Agent(s) to represent the Client and to perform the services described in this agreement. - CODE OF CONDUCT (CODE)
The Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021 (“Code”) is intended to regulate the conduct of registered migration agents and the Agent and Client agrees to comply with the Code. - CONSUMER GUIDE
The Client agrees that the Agent has provided the Client with a copy of the Consumer Guide. - SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
The services to be provided under this agreement include the following:- (a) Preliminary advice regarding your potential migration or sponsorship options, based on the information that you provide.
- (b) After the initial consultation, we will send you a brief summary of the consultation, relevant additional information on the criteria and process for the relevant visa (or other immigration matter), along with an estimate of our professional fees.
- WHO WILL PERFORM THE WORK
All immigration assistance will be provided by the Responsible Agent(s) that are listed in this agreement. - REFUNDS
A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
In the case of no-show, no refund will be offered.
No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance. - CONFIDENTIALITY
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information and documents that you provide before, during and after your initial consultation are kept confidential and secure, in accordance with our professional and legal obligations. Please note that we may record our consultation with you, to ensure that we have an accurate account of the information that you have provided, and the migration options we have discussed. Any such recording made will be stored in a confidential and secure manner, as required by law. - GOVERNING LAW
The law as applied in England, United Kingdom governs this agreement. - IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS
A reference to ‘Client’ is a reference to all Clients in this Agreement.
